Firstly, our thoughts go out to you and your family during this difficult time. We are here for you, in a few ways:

OCULA stores will be open until midday Wednesday 25th March for essential services only

• Our doors will be closed to walk-ins and we will open by appointment only
• If your matter is urgent - please contact us promptly and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to be seen safely
• If you are not sure whether your case is urgent or not, please contact us and we can advise you

OCULA will remain open - virtually - throughout the shutdown

• You can contact us during our regular business hours via phone or email
• Our optometrists will be available for phone call and virtual consultations
• Our optometrists will be on-call for eye emergencies 
• All current orders will still be processed & couriered to you
• You can contact us for a new order of glasses, contact lenses and other products at any time & we will courier these to you
