Do I need an appointment to start EyePlan?

Each of our patients are unique and have different needs, so to ensure you get the most out of EyePlan, we offer a complimentary appointment with one of our experienced dispensers. How do I pay for EyePlan?

EyePlan is billed monthly via your credit card - the same way you would pay for a monthly Netflix subscription, for example.

How often do I receive a new supply?

Every 3 months, you’ll receive a new supply of subscription contact lenses or the product or service you’ve subscribed to.

How much is shipping?

You don’t pay for shipping, it's complimentary.

What do I do if I want to cancel or pause my subscription? How much notice do I need to give before cancelling my subscription?

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are made monthly for your next supply, which is sent every three months. If you cancel your subscription after making one or two months’ payment, we will refund you provided we have not shipped your order yet.

What products and services can get with EyePlan?

EyePlan can be used for any recurring product or service OCULA provides, such as:

  1. Contact Lenses

  2. IPL subscription 

  3. Eye drops or other eye supplements

  4. You can also use EyePlan to save for your next pair of glasses or sunglasses, by putting aside money each month

We also have specific bundles which include a collection of products for Dry Eye, Ortho K, eye supplements and disposable contact lenses.
